Renee Ortiz, President
In the late 90's, Renee fell in love with planning events - the ability to bring people together in celebration is her passion. She founded Eventful Productions in 2003 and has been a part of planning and executing many of Denver's most notable events. In 2020, she launched Pontem, LLC to serve the community with COVID testing operations, which has since evolved to include security services, bartenders and other event staffing and logistics management. Renee previously served on the Board of the Colorado Festivals and Events Association, is a former Chair of the Event Advisory Committee for the City of Denver and continues to support the industry at every opportunity.
Sheps Khamsahu, Operations
A Denver native who loves his family, travel, motorcycles and fishing. His event planning experience dates back over 20 years and his knowledge of event operations has included many of the city's top events and festivals. He joined the Eventful Productions team in 2021.
Lance Durand, Event Coordinator
A New Orleans native, Lance moved to Colorado in 2005. In 2020, the City of Denver COVID Testing project brought Lance into contact with the Eventful Productions team. Lance cares deeply about the community and his wife and children. His well-rounded background makes him a skilled addition to EPI and he is looking forward to learning the ropes.
