We believe events are about community. Whether it's bringing people together for a local neighborhood gathering, a large cultural festival celebration, fundraising for great causes, or any other group event....we are focused on bringing the community feel to everything we do.
Our clients are family, our attendees are friends, and our passion goes into everything that we do. Eventful Productions' continued success is based on the belief that customer service and attention to detail make the difference between a good event and a GREAT one!
In the late 90's, Renee fell in love with planning events - the ability to bring people together in celebration is her passion. She founded Eventful Productions in 2003 and has been a part of planning several of Denver's most notable events. In 2018, the company added venue management to the portfolio with Larimer Social, an urban event center located on the historic block of Larimer Square. Renee previously served on the Board of the Colorado Festivals and Events Association, is a former Chair of the Event Advisory Committee for the City of Denver and continues to support the industry at every opportunity.
Having spent most of her life in a small Colorado town, Abbie moved to Denver in 2010 seeking new opportunities in the city. Since then, she has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has spent several years working in the hospitality and service industry. She gained valuable experience coordinating a variety of events in this industry and found that this is where she wants to focus her future. Abbie began working at Eventful Productions in 2017 and is excited to continue to grow in the events industry.
Starting in 2018, EPI took on the venue management for Larimer Social, a special event venue in the heart of Larimer Square. Abbie is the Venue Manager for this beautiful and dynamic special event space, which combines her experience working in local music venues and the event planning experience gained at EPI
Coming from the heartbeat of Tennessee known as Nashville, Charly loaded up her car with her dog and headed west. Since arrival, she has spent most of her time in the mountains seeking the beauty that continues to humble her. She enjoys her part time hobby in pottery and finds it valuable to stay in tune with anything artistic. Her desire for the events industry is what has made her an easy fit to our team. While this will be a learning experience, she is already certain this will be a “forever kind of career.”
